We do our best to fulfill every order as quickly as possible but sometimes we are unable due to unforeseen circumstances.

If this does happen and we are unable to fulfill your order due to the fact that the item is not currently available, we deeply apologize and will email you asking if you would like to change your order to a different size, color, nicotine level, etc.

If you choose to accept another size or nicotine level we will refund the difference of the item if the new item is less, and you will receive an additional 5% off for that item for your inconvenience.

If the difference is greater then we will give you the option of receiving a full refund OR paying the additional amount for your item minus 5% for that item.

If we are unable to fulfill your order at all because the item is no longer available that we can find or is back ordered for 2 weeks or longer, you will receive a FULL REFUND and, you guessed it, a one time 5% off discount code towards your next purchase.
